Eat to live..or live to eat??
I weighed myself on a super-duper accurate digital scale and i almost choked myself to death! I weigh about 65++. Im back to my 60++ league again!!! Im 155cm and weighing 65++,what else can i say. IM HEADING TO OBESEVILLE !Aagain!Thanx to my luxurious 2 months sem break, i`ve put on few (ok, ALOT) kilos on my weight scale. At first, i thought i was having my fatday but it seems to me that everyday is fatday since 3 weeks ago. And i didnt even bother to do something about it either.
I was on low carb diet back then which mean i reduced on rice intake. It worked. 2 years ago, i weighed 72 kilos and i was diagnosed with cholestrol problem. so my mum put me under strict diet. No rice, no bread, no sugary bevarages….in 6 months, i managed to shade 9 kilos. And my cholestrol level was back to normal. After that, i started to consume carbs again, but in small portion and under my mum supervision. But suprisingly, i managed to shade few more kilos after that. Huhuhuh…but that was a year ago. As soon as i started Uni life, everything went out of control. No more small portion carbs intake. Since my campus dont allow students to cook, so everthing must tapau from the cafe.
First few month…”Uncle,tapau separuh!” But months later ” Uncle..tapau penuh!” Considering that i was in my 50++ league, so i ate lyk i never ate before ( coz my mum not watching). Plus, a dear friend of mine, cum my roommate (i always merempat 8 her place) shares the same hobby as mine..EATING! So every week, we stuffed our room with junkies and maggies. And as a reward after a busy week, we treated ourselves with KFC and MDC every weekends. Nice hor???
At the end of the day, i put on another few kilos and she didnt. Why??Because she`s a Sport Science student, and she had this 2.4 km LSD ( long slow distance) twice a week while i stuck in my room napping. And thanx to my low metabolism, everything that i ate goes to my lower body portion. The more i eat, the more ducky-figure i become. When reality hit me, i started dieting again. And until 2 months ago, i get to keep myself in the 50++ league..but now…*Sigh*
When will i ever learnt??

Wah…amoi…I’m interested to know that low carb diet…so what did u eat? Hehe…thinking of trying it out…haha…
eat more vege n fruit…if for you…better do it slowly…try to start wit reducing ur rice intake…maybe half ur usual portion…
JUST veg n fruit? ONLY THAT??? FOR 6 MTHS?!!! Is tht possible? ;p
i didnt say only vege n fruit la! aiyark! if lyk dat,in 6 months boleh mati!wahahaha! i said eat MORE vege n fruits…boleh la tambah lean meat..macam biasa..just cut down ur rice intake.n sweet stuff macam coke, chocolate etc..
cut down on carbs i.e rice, bread…”cut down” laa…but can still eat…okeh! hehe…;p

relek la amoi, me 72kg mar :p but me 181cm bwahahaha! but still boroi bit. me vry fast shed weight, vry fast gain bec. me oso on low carb diet bwahaha. less rice, bread, fries.. more meat n vege. easy la :p drink mo water. use staircase, park far bit, walk, dun farking double park.. but sumtime dah slim bit, then go lantak mcd n kfc kuat2 summore. lol
